Christmas more to come

Well I guess I might as well face it...I am in the Christmas mood...here is another card that I have created that was inspired off my TC. I think it is pretty cute myself.

This card was created by stamping the focal image in Noir ink and then coloring the holly with a tombow marker and using the blender pen to make the marks nice and smooth. I use glossy cardstock for this as it is a bit more forgiving.

Once this was done I then took a Glaze pen and outlined the veins in the leaves and set it aside
I punched the scalloped circle out and using our white gel pen i marked each scallop in the middles.

I also stamped the Christmas sentiment in white ink and then embossed with transcendence powder to make it pop and mounted on the green cardstock to match the focal image.

The background was achieved with the Deco Designs frond stamped with Burnt umber. A softer
appearance for the background can be achieved by stamping off first

Once I was ready to mount I took a hydra sponge and tapped into my burnt umber and then lightly tapped my focal circle to age it a bit. It wound up a bit darker than I wanted but it still looks good.

This card was made with Holly Swirls...I used the flourish background to ink it up with Noir Ink and then used the green and red glaze pens to enhance the background. I then stamped the Merry Christmas on the Gloss cardstock and inked the stamp with Versamagic Touch of pesto..

The red and green cardstock is from the DCWV stack.

All of the items used in this project are all available from The Angel Company...contact me if you are interested in any of these items.

A bit eclectic, but that was the look I was after. This is a card that I did for the eclectic swap I am hosting. The Stamp set is Everyday Eclectic from The Angel Company. The stamps were inked up in Noir Black by Palette Ink, and lavendar from Stazon and A light yellow also from Stazon. And you actually see my handwritting on this one...The tag from the Juliette kit also has the tag that I used.

If you are interested in anything I used in this card let me know, I will be glad to help you get the products.
